If you’re concerned that cost could get in the way of treatment, don’t worry. Support is available to help make Talicia more affordable. See how you may be able to save with the Talicia Savings Program.
Whether you have insurance or are paying cash, you can save on Talicia
- Commercial insurance: Pay as little as $35* with the Talicia Savings Program
- Cash-paying: Pay no more than $299
Savings options are available for both cash-paying and commercially insured patients. Not available for patients enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal or state healthcare programs.
Talicia is on the Medi-Cal Rx Contract Drugs List, which offers $0 Copay* for eligible low-income and disabled California residents.

Talicia is the only treatment for H. pylori that offers a warranty program
That’s because we stand behind the effectiveness of Talicia when taken as directed.
How the program works:
- For eligible patients who completed a full course of therapy, but H. pylori infection did not go away
- Proof of treatment not working is required. You and your doctor will be asked to complete some forms and meet certain criteria
- After submitting the forms, you can be fully refunded the out-of-pocket expense and will receive a mail-in rebate
This offer is valid only for patients with commercial/private insurance or cash paying patients. Please read the Talicia warranty program Terms, Conditions, and Eligibility Criteria to see if you qualify.

Resources and forms for the Talicia warranty program
Applying for the rebate requires two forms. One completed by the patient and one by your healthcare professional.
To request a refund, eligible patients should follow the steps below:
1. Download and complete the Patient Declarations and Authorization Form.
2. Download and have your doctor complete the Healthcare Provider Attestation Form.
3. Submit both completed and signed forms, along with the following to Talicia.warranty@apollocare.com.
- Proof of purchase (original pharmacy receipt with name and address, pharmacy name, product name, prescription number, NDC number, date filled, quantity, and price)
- Patient date of birth
- Address where check is to be mailed
- Image of front and back of insurance card (if insurance was used to purchase Talicia)
- Image of front and back of Talicia Savings Card (if Talicia Savings Card was used to purchase Talicia)
Incomplete submissions and/or submissions that fail to meet all program requirements will not be granted.
